NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE.

QUALITY

Every effort is made to ensure our products leave us & reach our customers in good condition.  Upon receipt they should be stored immediately in a dry & well ventilated area, preferably at room temperature.  Storage in a damp place or atmosphere will cause deterioration for which we cannot be held responsible.

PRICE

Natural Cone & Fruit Company is not required, under current legislation to be V.A.T registered.  Prices are therefore at presant V.A.T free.

DELIVERY

Delivery dates will be agreed at the time of order being placed.  Due allowance is to be made by the customer for events beyond our control.

CARRIAGE

All orders incur carrriage costs.

TITLE

Natural Cone & Fruit Company retain title & ownership of all goods supplied until payment in full is received.

PAYMENT

Payments are strictly due 14 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed by myself and the customer.  INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED AT 5% PER WEEK ON ALL OVERDUE PAYMENTS.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to confirmation of order and availability of the products.

CLAIMS

Claims must be made within 24 hours.  Claims after this period will not be considered.

ALL ITEMS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION AND MAY DETERIORATE WITH AGE.
